MEME Ive been taged by Cynical D

Matt Wardman and Miss Wagstaff believe it's time for a Meme and he could be right. I've been tagged and it all started with this:
This morning Tom Harris MP proposed that the Howden and Haltemprice by-election was a monumental “waste of public money” of the order of “two hundred grand”. I differ; it is well worth it.
Matt's suggestions for the most monumental waste of £200k include:
The £200k costs being paid by the taxpayer for Ann Winterton MP and Nicholas Winterton MPs to rent their London house from themselves, and the death duty tax dodge that goes with it. The £200k estimated to have been spent by Mr Speaker Michael Martin on Legal Fees in order to keep MP’s expense details concealed from the public. The £200k of public money spent on each 0.04% of the £500 million just written off by the M.O.D. over the Special Forces Helicopters disaster.
Well, I know they haven't spent it yet but this story would be the worst example of wasting £200k. A the end of the day if you can spend that figure on logos alone you really are taking the piss with taxpayers money.

Waste of £200K -there are so many David
This one is a mega one and far more than £200K DIGITAL switch-over is such a “mystery” to consumers that the Government may have wasted as much as £250m on a largely ignored take-up scheme, the Commons Public Accounts Committee said people were still buying analogue TVs – despite the fact that they will stop working as early as next year.
Another one - It is estimated that UK firms, including mortgage lenders and estate agents, have collectively spent £225m preparing for the introduction of those home packs. And much of that money may have been wasted because demand for HCRs will be lower than expected, despite the Government claiming they would be compulsory. They blame the government for dilly dallying on the issues.
Around £2m a year is being wasted as patients are forced to stay in hospital beds up to a year longer than needed across North Wales, according to the Daily Post the other day. Each bed stings the taxpayer an average £400 per night. Currently the Daily Post says 27 beds are blocked across the region’s NHS trusts because of delayed transfers of care. But that is an unusually high peak and health bosses say the figure is more like 14 beds blocked at any one time – amounting to an average cost of around £2m a year.
So there you go David - and couldn't we go on
